That’s why ZERO TO THREE created Think Babies, a call to action for federal and state policymakers to prioritize the needs of infants, toddlers and their families and invest in our future.

When babies don’t get what their growing brains need to thrive, they don’t develop as they should. This leads to poor life-long developmental, educational, social, and health challenges. Every minute we waste not making our voices heard, another child runs the risk of not ever reaching her full potential. That’s not good for families, and that’s not good for our future.

We must advocate for policies that ensure all babies and their families have good health, strong families, and positive early learning experiences, including:

• Child Care;
• Paid Leave;
• Early Head Start;
• Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health;
• Family Support; and
• Economic Security.
